Moog High Power System

The Moog high power system is designed for applications requiring a transmission of high voltage and high currents. The technology used achieves safe power transmission and high electrical contact reliability in a limited installation space, which is a typical challenge for electrified mobile machines.

The robust housing of the slip rings enables reliable operation under harsh environmental conditions and offers comprehensive protection against corrosion, humidity, and vibration. Even temperatures from -40°C to +80°C pose no problem for this proven system. Upon request, the slip ring meet protection class IP67/IP69K.

Furthermore, the slip ring and its housing can be customized according to customer requirements. This allows the compact, modular slip ring to be easily integrated into the existing design of the construction machine using customized adapters and connectors.

The Moog High Power system also supports a variety of communication protocols, such as Ethernet, Gigabit, and CAN bus, ensuring reliable data transmission. Encoders can also be integrated.
