The contact form offers interested parties the opportunity to send inquiries directly to Moog Rekofa GmbH. Unless required for the purpose of processing, there is no disclosure of this personal data to third parties outside the company.

Legal Basis of Data Processing

Art. 6 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) serves as a legal basis for processing operations where we need to obtain consent for a particular processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract of which the person concerned is the contracting party, as is the case, e.g. in processing operations necessary for the supply of goods or in providing any other service or consideration, processing shall be based on Art. 6 GDPR. The same applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, e.g. in cases of inquiries concerning our products or services. Duration for which the Personal Data is stored

The respective statutory retention period is the criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data. After the deadline, all corresponding data will be routinely deleted if they are no longer required to fulfill the contract or to initiate a contract.
