Wherever currents, data and media have to be passed on to a stationary subscriber in endless rotation, we are there to help.
We offer solutions for a wide range of applications. In addition to the core areas of wind power, construction, marine and automation, our rotary distributors are used in over 60 applications and more than 15 different industries whenever the transmission of power or signals between rotating and stationary units is required.
Depending on the environment and applications, our products are optimally protected against dust, moisture and vibration. In addition to contacting transmission technologies, non-contact systems are also used for sensitive data or currents (e.g. optical or capacitive).
Construction
We have been supplying the most important crane and excavator manufacturers worldwide with slip rings and hydraulic components for over four decades. Our technology is used in a wide range of different construction machines, such as mobile excavators, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, snow groomers and fire department aerial ladders, and is exposed to a wide variety of climatic and environmental conditions.
Marine & Offshore
We have been supplying systems for marine drives since 1985 - initially as signal slip rings, later also as complete systems consisting of signal and power slip rings as well as rotary unions. These are primarily installed in POD (azimuth) drives and in marine cranes.
Wind power
We have been equipping well-known wind turbine manufacturers for 25 years, thereby playing our part in the vital global improvement of the energy balance. Over the years, the technology has been continuously developed and we are now in contact with almost all manufacturers, maintenance companies and wind farm operators.
Industrial manufacturing
For decades, we have been equipping various industrial systems with our products for the pressure distribution of data and signals. Our products can be found worldwide in all applications in which liquid media and electrical data have to be transmitted to sensitive system components.
Automotive & Robotics
The automation industry has been relying on innovative solutions from our company since 1982. Over the years, Rekofa has made a name for itself on the market with innovations, industry knowledge and flexibility in terms of customer requirements and delivery times. Today, as the world market leader, we supply around 50 car and truck manufacturers with slip rings.

Medical
Moog Rekofa GmbH has been successfully supplying the medical sector for over 30 years. Our miniature rotary distributors, some of which are customized, are used in almost all operating theatres, including in operating lamps, thus supporting the medical team at work. Slip rings are installed in numerous medical applications.
