We supply all major OEMs and also serve the global spare parts market, which is to be expanded even further in the future. We supply slip rings, lightning protection holders and carbons, optical transformers, brush holder modules, multiplexers and media distributors. The slip rings transmit power to excite the ring generator for rotor blade adjustment (pitch drive), supply the blade heating and light sources with power, transmit signals for safety systems, components and sensors and transmit data (e.g. speed).

In addition to carbon, gold wire and fiber brushes, optical data transmission is also used. In this highly competitive market, we are not only faced with fierce price competition from the Far East, but are also challenged by the highest quality requirements in terms of service life and reliability. Ever larger and more powerful systems bring with them a constantly increasing current carrying capacity and ever higher data transfer rates.

As maintenance costs are extremely high, particularly in the offshore and floating offshore sector, low-maintenance systems are required, which we can also offer our customers. We believe we are ideally equipped for the future thanks to our broad product portfolio.
