In the beverage industry, for cow milking systems, wine presses, blowing systems, labelers or packaging systems, special expectations are placed on our products. The challenges here are the demand for the longest possible service life in continuous operation, high data transfer rates (Ethernet 100 Mbit/s and currently also Gigabit), freedom from maintenance as far as possible and the use of stainless steel housings for hygiene reasons.

PET bottles, palletizing by robot or wrapping pallets fully automatically. In addition to turret winders, stretch wrapping and film sealing applications, our slip rings are typically used to supply heating rollers for film stretching and palletizing.

With our fiber brush solution, we have found a future-proof technology that masters all these challenges and can also reliably handle data transmission of 1 Gbit. We work with our customers to develop joint solutions for the transmission of data buses. We even implement sensitive motor control data, such as Drive Cliq, and have the successful results confirmed by the manufacturer (Siemens). Depending on the application, high currents of up to 500 A and demanding speeds of up to 1,500 rpm can be guaranteed. Our products are ideally equipped for increasing Ethernet requirements and are already being further developed for gigabit transmissions.
