Moog Rekofa – we are a traditional German company that thinks and acts internationally.
A lot has happened since Franz Wenzel founded the Rheinische Kohlenbürstenfabrik in 1921. Rekofa has risen to the challenges of the market and the changing requirements of its customers. In addition to the product itself, comprehensive service and individual support for our customers are at the heart of our work and corporate philosophy.
Today, we have around 100 employees and we are in an excellent position to be one of the top players in a digitalised, automated and globalised world of production.
With a great team, professionalism and humanity, integrated into our parent company Moog Inc. we meet highly specialized customer requirements internationally.

Sustainability
As a manufacturing company, we have a duty to do our best to protect the environment and the resources available to us. We therefore set ambitious environmental targets every year in order to continuously reduce our ecological footprint by saving energy, waste, packaging materials, etc. and thus make our contribution to environmental protection. We have been ISO 14001:2015 environmentally certified since 2018, which means that our efforts are regularly reviewed by independent audits.
Social responsibility
Regional commitment
As an industrial manufacturing company and one of the largest employers in the municipality of Adenau, we are aware of our social responsibility. We enjoy working and living in the middle of the beautiful Eifel region, many of our employees come from the immediate vicinity and are deeply rooted here with their families.
That's why we like to get involved locally and support associations and institutions whose work we think is great and important.
